Bridge Integrated Primary School

Educating resilient, reflective, resourceful, respectful learners

P7

    Primary 7

Welcome to P.7.  We have two P.7 classes and our teachers are Mrs Roleston & Mr Orr and  Mrs Young & Mrs Dowds.

Please enjoy the photos below which we hope will give you a flavour of the variety of work covered in Primary 7.  Much is expected of our pupils as they reach their final year of Primary education.  Above all we seek to prepare them for their transition to secondary level education by nurturing skills of independence, organisation and using initiative, whilst encouraging maturity and a deepening respect for others.

P7Y enjoyed a beautiful Shared Education Day on Tuesday with Ballydown Primary School. Underneath blue skies and surrounded by stunning scenery we learned about the townland of Lisnaree and had great fun exploring this historic Rath. Toasting marshmallows and sipping hot chocolate was a welcome treat. Thrive Academy also gave us a very informative talk on using our digital devices safely. We look forward to leaning more together in 2026!

P7R had an amazing morning as part of our Shared Education with Ballydown Primary School. Learning and creating outdoors, hot chocolate, toasting marshmallows, Internet Safety and lots of playground games. Thanks to Mr Russell and all at Ballydown for hosting such a fantastic morning.

Lots of calculating happening in P7Y as we measured the volume of cereal boxes and then tried to predict/calculate how many of each box would fit into one large box!

P7 are working really hard on their couch to 2K running

Taking our Maths Lessons Outdoors

P7 enjoyed exploring the school grounds to measure things in centimetres, metres and millimetres.
